Data loader for other datasets

Thank you for the great work. Can you provide the data loaders for the other data sets used in the paper?

I can only see the code for HCP dataset here (https://github.com/Eric-LRL/Brain-JEPA/tree/main/src/datasets).

Thank you for your interest in our work.

We just pushed the UKB loader to the repo. After pulling the latest commit, set --root_dir to the folder that holds the fMRI files of Mansour et al. version you downloaded, specify the id‑split file in line 47, and everything should run out of the box.

Hi,

We performed robust scaling following BrainLM. This file contains the mean and standard deviations calculated from the training set that would be used for robust scaling normalization.
