Windows Installer does not remove application in previous version with a name change

Example

• v1.16.0 adds SlidePlayer in the EmotiBit/SlidePlayer directory but, 1.16.4 adds it in the EmotiBit/SlidePlayer directory.
• WHen you install 1.16.4, then the EmotiBit SlidePlayer is not not "uninstalled". Its just left headless in the directory.
• The only way to remove that is to "uninstall" the software from add/remove programs

Ideal behavior

• the Uninstaller should remove the installed program

Note:
this ia a niche bug for the current niche situation. v1.16.0 is not even publicly released, so no one should have it. the issue is to not speficially fix this issue, but just shares that "this" exists in the codebase
