zhs writer ?

Hi,

I wonder if it would be possible to get a zhs writter ?
According this comment , it seems this format is widely used on home embrodering machine.

I received a new machine and I have no other choice but using windows software pretty bloatty which makes the workflow pretty cumbersome and i assume i'm not the only one in this case.

I'd like to contribute but I have no idea where to start. I used to make many types of app but this is a new world for me. Is there any resources where I could find zhs specs, or if i will have to reverse engeneer the format.
