The withdraw documentation (https://docs.corelightning.org/reference/withdraw) does not explain what happens if "all" is used for satoshi AND utxos are provided.
Are the utxos ignored or are only all funds from the selected UTXOs sent?

Please clarify.

Same in the fundChannel rpc documentation.

I just tested it, if UTXOs are supplied, it will only spent all the funds from the selected UTXOs, not all on-chain funds. This is true for fundChannel as well. Still it could be noted explicitly in the docs.
