Lightningd seems to not do anything useful for 3,5 hours.
Lightningd started at 2025-01-29T18:26:27.248Z
It starts connecting to peers at 2025-01-29T22:00:34.351Z
There's a 3,5 hour gap where nothing related to peers seems to happen.
This happens after upgrading from cln v24.08 to cln v24.11.1
Please advise.
The node has many channels.
Logs can be shared.
The node runs with dev-no-deconnect-private. Even though that's the case I see more outbound connection requests than there are channel partners around the time it starts connecting to peers. Not sure if that's related, since that starts to happen 3,5 hours after start.
