Is this feature request related to a problem?
As the title says it would be awesome to implement the reinforced watering can from the original 1.7.10 pack

Add Reinforced Watering Can + working with Mystical Agriculture with the 7x7x9 AOE
Additional Context
this would also include, the 8 levels of compress cobblestone, bedrockium, and the soul fragment that takes 1 heart each time its used
