Move away from go-flags fork

I noticed when looking for something else we're using a fork of the `go-flags` package: https://github.com/alexcb/go-flags 

This fork seems to be strictly behind the https://github.com/jessevdk/go-flags that it is forked from.

We should move from the fork to the main version or a more suitable lib if there is a popular one in go.
