Chatbot to assist TechRadar users

As part of our presentation of TechRadar during today’s GAM2 session, an important point was raised regarding the need to make TechRadar more user-friendly, intuitive, and clearly aligned with its intended purpose for users.

A good starting point would be to explore the introduction of a chatbot on the TechRadar landing page to assist users in navigating and understanding the platform more effectively.

I took the following takeaways: - the dimension view may not be the best way as an introduction to the knowledge base.
