거래 생성시 거래 반환
거래 완료상태에서 수락취소 기능
- 해당 지원자를 거래수신자에서 제외하고, 거래생성자의 가용금액 조정
거래 수정은 무조건 beforeDeal일때만으로 변경
계좌 동결 요청
