Hi, great UTCI library. I've got a few questions regarding the calculations:
- Are there any input parameters constraints? E.g. wind speed between 0.3 and 17 m/s or air temperature below 5C? Does the formula always works in other words?
- Weather forecasts have wind speed on 1.5/2 meters above ground level. How to approximate it to 10 meters above ground? Or just use the 2 meters wind speed since there is no significant difference between 2 and 10 levels?
- Downwelling short wave radiation - how to calculate it? Don't have solar radiation data, only the cloudiness (in precents). Is there a way to approximate it?
