[Refactor] 안쓰는 리소스 삭제 & SVG 교체 (#445)

* refactor: 사용하지 않는 layout 삭제

* refactor: 사용하지 않는 values 삭제

* refactor: 사용하지 않는 menu 삭제

* refactor: 사용하지 않는 xml 삭제

* refactor: 사용하지 않는 drawable 삭제

* chore: 제미니가 지우지 말라고 한 xml 추가

* chore: 안쓰는 점검 관련 이미지 리소스 삭제

* feat: PNG 리소스 SVG로 교체
