How to load data

Hi, I'm trying to use your model and I'm having trouble loading data. I've tried .npy, .csv in multiple formats and I still am getting an image dimensions error even though I have them predefined correctly. I've tried to load using paths and the image arrays, retrieved using nibabel. Any advice would be great.
