duplicate item glitch

Hi,
I'm using the newest version of tiered z and fore some reason when I'm crafting planks from logs (any logs) planks apear 4 by 4 in my inventory but when I'm quitting the crafting table, all the logs are also in my inventory at the origin point where they're come from.
