Bug with brewing in the keg (NeoForge 1.21.1)

When I try to brew in a Keg, I place 3 wheat and water and it just breaks everything, making the water and wheat disapear or duplicate in my inventory but just visually, in like a couple of seconds it just gives back my normal items but I cant brew properly.
