Unable to join server due to "Illegal Disenchanting Recipe..."

Describe the Bug

Players are unable to join server receiving the error shown in the attached image.

Attempts to resolve the issue, but checking the recipe in .jar show nothing out of the ordinary at a glance. Reproducing the results with only Create, Fabric, and CEI results in the same issue.

Reproduction Steps

1. Install Create Enchantment Industries and all relevant dependencies on both server and client.
2. Attempt to join server.

Expected Result

1. Player connects to server.
