Hyper experience REI does not equal the output of basin

Describe the Bug

While making hyper experience, it seems the REI panel states 1 glowsack, 1 lapiz, 100mb experience = 100mb hyper experience. However when executing this it does not produce 100mB, seems to be more like 8mB.

Reproduction Steps

1. Make liquid experience
2. Smart Pipe into tank into blaze enchanter

...

Expected Result

100mB of hyper experience per 100mB of experience
