Problem Statement

Users don't know how to reduce energy consumption. Platform should provide actionable insights and tips.

Proposed Solution

Add insights panel to dashboard:

• Peak usage times with tips to shift load
• Comparison with similar households
• Personalized saving recommendations
• Track improvement over time
• Gamification badges for achievements

Example: "Your usage increased 30% last week. Peak usage is 6-8PM. Consider shifting laundry to off-peak hours."
