[Feature] Add daily usage caps with alerts

Problem Statement

Users want to set daily energy usage limits to control costs. If limit exceeded, meter should alert user before deactivating.

Proposed Solution

Add optional usage caps per meter:

• Set max daily units (e.g., 500 units/day)
• Alert at 80% of cap
• Alert at 100% of cap
• Option to auto-deactivate or warn only
• Reset daily at midnight
