[Feature] Add search bar to quickly find meters

Problem Statement

Users with 20+ meters must scroll through entire list to find specific meter. Need quick search/filter functionality.

Proposed Solution

Add search bar above meter grid:

• Search by meter ID
• Search by nickname
• Search by location
• Search by status (active/inactive)
• Fuzzy matching for typos
• Keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+K)
