silent steps and sprintng giving no speed

I began to notice that my footsteps had no noise and sprinting did not toggle and I could not fall "sprinting into a wall" I did die and later revived with a communication disorder that later got fixed. but after wandering around I began to notice something was off and contacted admin -Allakai and explained my issue I received an admin heal or Aheal i forgot the term and all it fixed was to fall sprinting into a wall despite the lack of footsteps audio and sprint speed.

p.s this is likely my first ever bug report

after just writing the report some of my keybindings stopped working such a x to switch and q to drop items but the UI buttons work fine except for sprint
