I log in to my deepl.com free account. I start typing. it stops translating even though I have not exceeded 1500 characters. there is a scrolling line and “Translating” text below showing that it is trying to translate. But it doesn't do any translation. I cut and paste what I wrote and the problem persists, this time it doesn't translate at all. I refresh the page and paste, the problem persists. Deleting caches and history fixes it. Or I install the User-Agent Switcher plugin, change the operating system and web browser, then open deepl.com and it works. Or I open deepl.com in a new container with the Firefox-Multi Account Containers plugin and Temporary Containers plugins and it works. So if I somehow refresh the browser ID, it works. But still, sometimes I have the same problem again, otherwise, no matter how many times I refresh the page or open it in a new tab, it's not fixed. The problem happens in firefox browser, brave browser, floorp browser, web browser (gnome Epiphany browser (webkit)).
Note:
There is no thread to report bugs about deepl.com, so I had to create a bug report under this thread. please add a thread called “deepl.com issues” to the repository. if there is one, I can't find it. i want to report bugs about the website, but there is no place to report bugs.
