add LICENSE, README with link to course info

It'd be nice if this repo had a LICENSE of some sort - MIT is pretty standard.

Also, can you add a README with link to the course information? Found this repo after I found that.

You are welcome to use any and all of my course materials for personal and for use in your own courses. Commercial use is another story. I have hundreds of pages, so I’m certainly not going to bother adding a README to each one. No on has ever asked before. —Dave Matuszek
