The UPSC integration seems to be failing on agent version v7.58.1 with python/core check loader errors

Steps I took to cause error:

  1. Install Datadog agent v7.59.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS instance
  2. Install upsc integration: datadog-agent integration install -t datadog-upsc==1.0.1.
  3. Installed nut-client and nut-server packages
  4. Downgraded to agent version v7.58.1

Question:
Is there anything between agent version that would cause the integration loader to fail?

Note: Initial issue stems from zendesk ticket, where they are running into issues with integration. When troubleshooting possible issues, double checked that their python version was 3.12.3. Is there an issue with python versions that would affect integration. My instance is currently using python Python 3.8.10.
