Agent Environment

DataDog Java agent: v1.39.1
Datadog Agent (nodes): 7.59.0

Describe what happened:
After update the library from 7.6.0-ccs to 7.7.1-ccs for some services using Java/Kotlin the data_streams metrics disappears.
