Suggestion: use youtube short url

I was just wondering, what is the reason behind using the full youtube url (and forcing hd), instead of using the shortened version. E.g:

• original: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=DkoeNLuMbcI
• clean-copy: http://youtube.com/watch?v=DkoeNLuMbcI&hd=1
• shortened: http://youtu.be/DkoeNLuMbcI

Ah well appending hd=1 is just a personal preference of mine, it can be changed by adding a page with the same pattern, but different template in the Options screen, and it will overwrite the default.

However I will change the youtube rule to use the shortener, I didn't even know about that one!

vs. hd, in my experience, youtube does a pretty good job of adjusting to ones bandwidth, so I'm not sure if there is a reason to overwrite that.
