Describe the bug
We need to utilise the Grid Layout system to ensure consistent styling to pages to make UI more cohesive

Additional context
Make sure to test Mobile Device rendering and follow a mobile first approach as these will be the key stakeholders
Remove the base css we have to use Fluent's base styling and build off of that when needed
