A-sabr view

We have 2 main panels, Message & Network.
A-sabr is way more capable than what we are using right now, maybe an a-sabr configuration panel could be interesting :
we hardcoded a specific routing approach, with an hardcoded cp format, and hardcoded resource management, but this might be something we want to configure (e.g. update the cp could already be nice)
