The Quality Team needs more tools and criteria at its fingertips to ensure it stays on top of the increasing number of investigations it must do each year.

• Revise and score quality criteria in the new form, determine actions based on scores
• Create guidelines on external user cases
• Design the review tool for QT and conduct testing
