Can we in the leave process just ignore the leaving signer after the signer is removed from the Parent? #132

After the leaving signer has been removed from the parent, it might simplify logic if we just ignore it after that.
The parent should not be polling it for CDS records and such after the Nameserver change in the parent is complte.

Possible Solution. Clean up the leaving signer as a post process to the Leave process.
