[BUG]: Recommended item filter download link is forge

What Happened?

First luanching the modpack you are asked to download 5 mods manually. Modpack provides links to download them. However,

• The link of item filter is forge.
• The link of quests additions is mc1.19.
• The link of FTB Library is mc1.19.
• The link of FTB Quests is mc1.19.
• The link of FTB Teams is mc1.19.

What Should Happen?

• The link of item filter should be fabric.
• The link of quests additions should be mc1.18.2.
• The link of FTB Library should be mc1.18.2.
• The link of FTB Quests should be mc1.18.2.
• The link of FTB Teams should be mc1.18.2.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch the game.
2. Download mods from the link provided by modpack.
3. Move the mod jar files into mods directory.
4. Relaunch the game.
5. Game crashes.
