Fassungsansicht: new numbering & small stuff

• output one-digit verse numbers without leading 0 (just in the output, not the data (it is needed elsewhere for sorting etc); e.g. using a decorator)
• toggle:

  - Synchrones scrollen
  + Synchron scrollen

• Zusatzverse:

  - 48.02-1
  + 48.02<sup>1</sup>
  - 48.02-2
  + 48.02<sup>2</sup>

  • use sup or Unicode ¹,²,³, ⁴,⁵,⁶,⁷,⁸,⁹

• Add titles for the columns (*D, etc...)
• Indicate the Textzeugen for the current Dreissiger (they are not always the same)
• create a selector for selecting Dreissiger
• guarantee the same line height for all Lines in Textzeugenansicht to ensure correct synchronous scrolling.
