We need ground truth annotated following method B annotation guidelines

These annotation guidelines can be found in the mothra repo in the "annotation guidelines" discussion.

In short, where method A annotates musical glyphs, stafflines, and all instances of text, method B will only have two classes: chant text and musical blocks. Music blocks will group stafflines and music together; they should all be inside of one annotation box. The discussion thread will have a relevant picture.

Annotator must track how much time they spend per folio.
