UMIL doesn't like a specific image and it might be size related

I've been successfully adding several instruments to UMIL, but when I tried to add the davui I got this error message:

The error message reappeared every time I tried. I changed/removed every element I could input on the Create New Instrument page and the error message kept appearing. The one thing that allowed me to successfully publish this new instrument is when I removed the image I had uploaded. But the image is in JPEG format and less than 5MB in size, so I don't know what's wrong with it! I'd love to find out, just for future reference.

Update! I think it has something to do with size. The problematic image is the only one that has been over 1MB in size so far, so I reduced it to 700KB or so and it worked! @yinanazhou, is it possible that images over 1MB don't work?

And just for the record, I don't think the space in the filename is a problem, because I've uploaded other images with a space in the name without any issue.

Update update: I just tried to upload this other photo and I got the same error. I checked the file size and it's 2,2MB! I know it says the limit is 5MB, but I wonder if it's secretly less than that...

This is getting interesting. I can add an image of 1.2MB on local...

I can reproduce this on staging and production. Looks like reverse proxy has a limit of 1MB. @homework36 is this something we can configure? Can we make it 10MB?

The default is 1MB. I just added client_max_body_size 10M; to prod edge conf for umil manually. We need to update Ansible to make sure nginx reload will not overwrite this in the future, but we can see if it helps fix the problem now on umil prod.
