I am currently developing a utility to automate the PNG-to-SVG conversion for Hufnagel assets.

Should I create a new repository under the DDMAL organization for this tool, or would you prefer it to be integrated directly into the Neon codebase (e.g., within a /scripts or /tools directory)?
