Refactor formulations to allow for plane stress and axisymmetry

Will need to require passing in something that can calculate stress as well as the total displacement so we can get the axisymmetry coordinate.

This begs the question, should this stuff live here? Or in Cthonios itself? Its pretty solidmechanics specific but really useful.
