You can also edit these settings in FileSystemProviders.config.

I got ahead of myself and I couldn't fire the website to install the package.

You might get an error like:
No valid combination of account information found.

blah blah.
CloudStorageAccount.cs:525

If you google around for this you'll get a bunch of things about connection string. Obviously, if it's missing from FileSystemProviders.config. Bad things like this will happen.. Just trying to help.
