UG is not clear in mentioning that prefixes have to be case-sensitive

UG does not mention prefixes are case-sensitive, but the actual product's prefixes are case-sensitive.

UG does say that Some prefixes require the user to follow certain formats in their commands..

However, this may not be clear enough to users that prefixes are case-sensitive.

Reason for disagreement: While the table shows a lowercase instance of the prefix, it does not explicitly state that prefixes MUST be lowercase only.

Users might still accidentally attempt to input capitalized prefixes. The terminology prefix itself carries the meaning that upper-case is allowed. E.g. M for Mega and G for Giga. It is not abnormal to expect capital prefixes to be valid. Hence, at least one instance of documenting in your UG that prefixes must be in lowercase would prove useful, so that this potential confusion amongst users can be eliminated.
