Moddable File System?

A File System But You Can Mod It Like This:
Stranded FAT32 But You Can Edit The Rules Like Use '/' Not '' Or Drive Letters Not Numbers Or Max File Size 8GB Or 1GB Not 4GB etc.
This Maybe Is A Bit Much And Almost Impossible Or Impossible But Keep In Mind This Is Just An Idea.

With the devkit you can edit the classes that the VFS uses, and make mods with it
