[Potential BUG] pixel scale in Messier config section #620
Description
The masking module reads in information about Messier objects from a config file.
The file for the tiles has the entry MESSIER_PIXEL_SCALE, but not the one for single exposures.
This will probably lead to a run-time error, to verify.
