update ngmix to latest version

There is a newer version of ngmix whose structure has changed significantly, we should eventually upgrade shapepipe to be compatible with this

I have come across similar questions and I wonder if somebody else have solved the questions.

I updated ngmix to version 2.3.0. Here is a prelimiary test for 300 objects on one tile, processed with the old and new ngmix versions. I'm currently running on more objects.
