Bug: Charged for VM but no sandbox provisioned
Hi team,
I was charged $5 for creating a Small VM, but no sandbox was actually provisioned.
Details
- Plan: Small ($5/mo)
- Credit balance after charge: $20
- Sandboxes page shows: 0 running
- Transaction history shows:
- VM creation -$5
- topup +$25

It appears that the VM provisioning failed after billing was processed.
Could you please check:
- Whether the sandbox provisioning failed?
- Or refund the $5 credit if the VM was not created?
