Hi team, I’m requesting a billing review/credit for a sandbox that appeared running but was not
usable.

- Region: eu-north
- Status shown: running
- Actual behavior: terminal inaccessible, and API exec failed with:
ssh: connect to host 10.0.0.109 port 22: No route to host
- I had to create a second sandbox to continue work:
a55a0f7e6cdb74a1d94a84cb3efedd1 f (working)
Please review and provide refund/credit for the failed sandbox period.
Also, if possible, please share a private billing support channel for account-specific details.
