Describe the issue

The "Additional Information" link points to https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/aspire/community-toolkit/hosting-redis-extensions which is missing (404)

Suggestion

Update the nuget doc. Happy to help if you could share the correct URL, there are a lot of pages for Redis but none under Community
