Contribution

How to contribute?

Steps:

  • Go to issues & select one upon which you want to work!

  • Fork the repository

  • Clone the fork repo

    • git clone https://https://github.com/<your_username>/CGPA_ESTIMATOR

  • Create new branch

    • git checkout -b <Your-Branch-Name>

  • Add code/scripts related to your respective issues.

    • git add <your-contribution>

  • Add a commit message !

    • git commit -a -m "<Add a message related to changes you made>"

  • Push changes - git push <remote_name> <branch_name>

  • Create pull requests - Mention the changes you have made. And add screenshot of before and after the changes.

When contributing to this repository, please first discuss the change you wish to make via issue, email, or any other method with the owners of this repository before making a change.

Please note we have a code of conduct, please follow it in all your interactions with the project.

Pull Request Process

  1. Ensure any install or build dependencies are removed before the end of the layer when doing a build.
  2. Update the README.md with details of changes to the interface, this includes new environment variables, exposed ports, useful file locations and container parameters.
