Line misalignment for acceptance tests

When generating recipe_book.plain, the Acceptance Tests section was alligned with Functional requirements (not shifted as supposed to).
The terminal output during rendering:

Rendering recipe_book.plain to target code.

This was an error in the submitted plain file. In such case we should provide the developer with more informative error what is wrong with their ***plain spec. Just throwing a client error is certainly not developer friend.

@pedjaradenkovic I'll assign this to you and let you prioritize it. From the product standpoint this is not a critical bug, but it's certainly important and should be fixed within a couple of weeks.

Agreed that this needs to be fixed. I have some ideas, we'll discuss them on Monday.
