How to change HealthIcon default width & height

My goofy ahh modding friend made a psych mod in which the icons are 175x175 and I'm porting it to cne but I don't wanna reduce the size of the icons because they look goofy if I do that
So uh yeah how do I make the icons bigger by default
If it's not possible, how do I edit a class (as opposed to a state)?
