[Workshop] Add AI discussion to Checkpoint

CHeckpoint-specific AI guidance may or may not exist already in the prep material. There is a ticket for it already. if it has not been made yet you would need to complete that ticket first.

What are the key topics that will be covered in the workshop?

• What are the key guidelines around AI in the Checkpoint
• What is acceptable use of AI and not acceptable
• How do we check whether AI is disrupting or supporting our learning
• How do we expect AI use to evolve from how we used it in ITP, if at all?

What are the topics that will not be covered in the workshop?

General discussion around what AI is or higher level things. We are focusing on AI use in the context of our education.

Any other notes?

The same work was done for ITP so you might find a good example of this workshop there. IT does need adapting for SDC as there are references to ITP specific guidance there. But the goal is the same.
