Add read-only option on pages in notebook. #3
Description
Objective
Add a read-only option on pages, more specifically for notebooks with collaborators. Let the notebook owner change the setting of a page within a notebook to read-only, if the page's purpose is just to be informative. Could also have multiple options such as:
- read-only
- commenting
- edition
- archive?
