Disable Taunts no longer Disables Cheer #59
Description
On the previous spawner, we could disable taunts and cheers would also be disabled, we would not be able to hear cheers.
The behavior changed to where if taunts are disabled, we can still hear cheers. Some players spam cheer, and disable taunt does not prevent hearing it.
