Hi, I'd like to know if with Clover v2 r5159 the ForceAquantiaEthernet quirk is available and working. If yes, how do I adapt CaseySJ OC patches?

Some developer with such hardware should implement and test this.

All kernel patches written for Opencore can be rewritten to Clover syntax. It is just user work documented elsewhere.
Because Opencore appeared much later than Clover and provided own syntax. It is not my affair why the syntax is different.
